Br. Stephen Rabisa Gift of Education launched its website, a joint effort by Red Five Digital Agency and the Pamilya 64 Website Team, to reach people who are interested in sharing the gift of education to deserving students.
Talks on the creation of the Br. Stephen Rabisa Gift of Education’s (BSRGE) website began in 2020. The idea was to have a website that could serve as the foundation’s platform for sharing their activities, achievements, and events.
After months of discussion, the core group of Pamilya 64 started to create the website prototype by drafting the initial plan and contents. These include the design and functionality of the website as well as the essential information that can be shared publicly, such as the foundation’s history, mission, and goals.
Around April 2022, Mr. Sal Estrada, one of the founding members of BSRGE, and Nesiel Manalo, head of the Pamilya 64 core group, had a meeting regarding the development of the website. One of the topics raised during the meeting was the hiring of developers from Red Five Digital (RFD) to set the website’s progress and development in motion.
In light of this, online meetings were held between the members of the core group, and on May 14, 2022, the Pamilya 64 core group finally had the chance to meet in person after the pandemic to discuss the specifics of contracting RFD for the development the website and the plans regarding this. Discussions were later coordinated with other members of Class ‘64 through Mr. Noel Cruz and Mr. Sal Estrada.
The contract was signed on September 27, 2022, between BRSGE and RFD which officially started the development of the website. The details and plans which include the branding, color scheme, and sample layouts for the website were presented to RFD by the core group’s website team.
Since then, various rounds of meetings and revisions have been made with the help of RFD in consultation with Pamilya 64’s website team. The launch of the website is considered another milestone for the foundation. This will further help BSRGE to respond to its mission and reach more people interested in sharing the gift of La Sallian education to deserving students.
